Ho prenotato la mezza pensione per due giorni, non consiglio a nessuno. La colazione era ragionevole, ma la cena non è stata un successo. La prima sera il filetto di maiale non era ben cotto, due colleghi non sono riusciti a mangiarlo ed è stato necessario cambiare il menù, dopo discussioni piuttosto imbarazzanti con il cameriere e lo chef. La sera dopo, per evitare ulteriori sorprese, abbiamo optato per la pizza. Eppure è arrivata la sorpresa: il forno della pizza si è rotto.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons réservé pour un nuit d'escale avant notre séjour en Suisse. L'hôtel est très bien situé aux portes de Genève. Les chambres sont simples mais suffisantes. Le personnel est chaleureux ainsi que l'hôtel qui est très bien décoré. Petit déjeuner parfait. Merci pour tout !

The housekeeping were rude, they did not clean our rooms most of the time because we we left the room at 12:00, which was not mentioned in the details of the booking
Breakfast was not good , eggs were cold.
Rooms had broken AC and leaking and we stayed for two days and had to complain to booking before they agreed to change the room.
Staff are not helpful.

Réservation faite pour 5 personnes quelques semaines avant notre séjour et arrive le jour J on m'informe que la réservation n'est faite que pour 2 personnes, heureusement les employés trouvent une solution pour nous accueillir avec nos 3 enfants, quelques sueurs tout de même. La literie est bien , le p'tit déjeuner aussi. Et l'accueil est chaleureux
