With Jean-Luc in the dining room and Seb in the kitchen, the Cordée takes us up the mountain of good humor and gourmet delights. A Cordée committed to local produce, offering specialities from the Aravis region and traditional dishes such as veal sweetbread and morel mushroom puff pastry. Mélo serves up vegetarian tartiflette, homemade foie gras or smoked salmon, pan-fried tartare with morel mushrooms... in an alpine chalet-style dining room or on the terrace with a view. Hourglasses in front of the dishes available all day long. A fine wine list.

De la ferme, à l'assiette. La cuisine est simple mais délicieuse. Le produit, le bon produit et le local. les serveurs sont sympathiques, et le restaurant est petit et chaleureux. C'est une très bonne adresse sur la clusaz. on reviendra l'été prochain

Super restaurant with mountain specialties. The mountain and contemporary décor are well chosen. The setting is warm and tasteful. The food is excellent, and quality. Local, fondue with morels, and cold meats to fall. People came 2 times and was a pleasure. Quality, and the service, it is there.
