A Cordée committed to local produce, offering specialities from the Aravis region and traditional dishes such as veal sweetbread and morel mushroom puff pastry. Mélo serves up vegetarian tartiflette, homemade foie gras or smoked salmon, pan-fried tartare with morel mushrooms... in an alpine chalet-style dining room or on the terrace with a view.
