LA TABLE D'UGO'H
It is a new mid-Italian, mid-savoyarde brasserie concept at La Clusaz. Severine and David offer us an establishment in a spirit of La Clusaz in this village that is always on the move. On the sunny terrace, or in the warm house, dine according to your desires: Savoyard specialities, pizzas, pastas, bruschetta etc. and a cuisine prepared with inventive and more refined fresh produce, offered by the new chef. Creative dishes with unexpected flavours, carefully presented, blend Italy and exotism: Caesar chicken salad, Italian sushi of the chef in mozzarella and mango with avocado coulis brewed into matcha green tea and mint, white and black risotto with squid and white butter mounted with lemongrass, braised lamb shank, carrots with ras el hanout, polenta with Italian herbs and in rose flower petals, lamb juice with rosemary etc. The desserts with evocative names will also attract you: “Re-composition of a small Lu of my childhood” (caramelised pecan walnuts, Nutella pearly, raspberries sautéed with wok), “Mon muffin Blueberry" and its running white chocolate heart. The temperature rises, but the evening is just starting...
