LA CHEMINÉE SAVOYARDE
A very nice shop where you can fill your basket with specialties, with confidence, in a friendly and smiling environment. The authenticity of the offered products as well as a professional and friendly welcome make the reputation of this beautiful Aravis grocery. One of the best local addresses of the Haute Savoie that pays tribute to regional produce and its local producers! A quality requirement that leads Philippe Roullier, the owner, to meet the best farm cheese producers from the mountain pastures to operate a rigorous selection of reblochons, tommes and beauforts. His passion leads him to regularly attend the gastronomy exhibition through the department to discover the best craftsmen. He does not hesitate to push open their door for a visit of the facilities and the manufacturing process. Winemakers are even prompted regularly to offer tastings. The "fruit" of his findings is the reflection of a varied and tasty production: charcuteries, Croix de Savoie foods and Dahu products, soups, etc. You have the choice! Futé liked so much the smoked filet mignon, one of the original offers of the house. A slaughter! Also to discover: creamy Fribourg vacherin fondue or old sausage, chopped big and clamped by hand. An address of value, quality and trust, at reasonable prices, which you will find the same virtues in other shops of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand. One of the good plans of the station, to be shared absolutely!
