Near the Bellevue cable car - free parking -, a mountain restaurant with light wooden walls and typical decoration, a farmhouse style of mountain pasture. The atmosphere a little kitsch is rather friendly and conducive to friendliness. And above all, Basil takes care of the selection of its products. Just like its name, a typical Italian aromatic herb, the establishment offers slate, tasty blends of traditional dishes and Italian cuisine, such as these fettuccines with morel cream and foie gras, an excellent grilled chicken with basil, an equally excellent hot goat cheese salad with smoked bacon and homemade Savoyard dishes, which is quite rare nowadays to be highlighted. All this, accompanied by a homemade basil wine (a slightly sweet white wine with a basil flavour), served chilled. Although the menu does not change much, it is worth noting the effort to have proposed a vegan menu!
