GAEC LES NOISETIERS
The Jacquot family raise their cows near the Col de Leschaux in winter, and on the Combe des Villards mountain pasture in summer (from the Col de Leschaux, follow the signs for Le Semnoz, "alpage", 8 km on the left. Access by car (track) to the chalet). On reservation, the farmers will welcome you and offer you a tour of the mountain pasture farm, the workshop where the milk is transformed into cheese, and the maturing cellars. Tasting and sales on site. Pleasant walks nearby. The perfect opportunity for a gourmet day out!
