Located at the foot of Mont Sainte-Odile, this hotel enjoys a beautiful 2 ha park. A beautiful wilderness for this imposing building. The rooms are cozy and spacious. In the pleasures of the table, the establishment offers seasonal recipes cooked mainly with local products. It is made of vinaigrette, homemade duck foie gras, pig-head crunchy with fatty liver, duck foie gras in Alsace honey, game or sandre net. Not forgetting some beautiful sakes, including one in munster. A generous cuisine that is nicely presented. Little more than the establishment: Marie-Hélène, the mistress of the place, is a viticulturist! Enjoy the famous red wines from the pinot noir that benefit from the red name of Ottrott. Little suggestion: ask for wines in the glass and you can savor multiple variations, from black black to wooded red, through rosé. A range of perfumes and dresses that will delight the most subtle palates. Nice name also for some of his wines: The Tears of Saint Odile…
