Chef at home, Lionel Klaiber innovates with meals entirely prepared at the barbecue! Entries, meals, cheeses and desserts, everything is cooked on the balancets (tripod barbecues called Schwenkbrode in Lorraine) in stainless steel. Thanks to its perfect mastery of charcoal cooking and its marvelous marinades, Lionel gives you beautiful pieces of meat (filet of salt in salt crust, lamb slate, porcelet…) cooked at low temperatures, but also supreme of smoked salmon, grilled lobster, fresh vegetables farcis. At the aperitif, his mouths make the papillae twist and, in dessert, his roast marshmallows bring you back into childhood! All year round, during your festivities, family or professional events, Lionel and his team move with their equipment at home or at the place of your choice, even the most unusual: at the edge of a lake, in a castle, in a clearing… You choose your formula and Prestige Barbecue takes care of everything!
