Hello,
After many destinations framed by various companies travel as well as professional and personal, here for some time that we pass by the agency Altiplano (Chile, Costa Rica, Argentina and Nicaragua in November).
These 4 travel were wonders.
Impeccable organisations.
For services 100% SATISFACTORY.
Relationship to the agency nickel.
Impeccable skill of the interlocutors.
Agency taking over in the visited country present in every moment.
Respect the hours 100% SATISFACTORY

In conclusion, to repeat without moderation.

We have 3 weeks of honeymoon in Argentina in the Altiplano, customised trip, by requesting several quotations from many French agencies and argentinian.
Altiplano made us a proposal corresponding to our request, at a rate in our budget.
On site, the organisation was simply perfect:
- All the hotel transfers - airport - hotel still there and per hour (knowing that we had 6 flights).
- All trips that had been required were actually prepaid, and the providers confirmed their hours for each time the day before.
- Many a " ramassages" at the hotel avoiding seeking a meeting point in unknown country.
- A specific roadbook provided for part with rental car
- A meal and gifts of welcome offered, delicate attention for our honeymoon
- All suppliers on site are friendly and reliable
- And the hotels as good, even better as were hope!
In short, level organisation, it was just flawless. Thank you Geraldine!

Very received incoming agency very professional, easy and very nice touch! Comfort with Varadero in Cuba, all the hotels chosen by the agency was calm and magnificent. Very good stay.

Grâce à Altiplano, notre quinzaine de vacances est pleine de bons souvenirs !
Nous avons opté un voyage avec vols intérieurs, location voiture et une majorité de nuits dans différents hôtels: pas de souci, tout s'est déroulé comme sur les roulettes .......grâce à Altiplano. Tout simplement génial !
Et que c'est beau, le Chili !
