L'ATELIER
Gastronomic restaurant offering a tasty, creative and harmonious stroll with spicy accents.
Developed in contact with the great starred houses in which the Morzine chef Alexandre Baud-Pachon studied (notably Les Prés d'Eugénie, Le Bateau Ivre in Bourget-du-Lac and Courchevel, and Le Chat Botté in Geneva), its cuisine is refined. The gastronomic restaurant L'Atelier is inspired by the pleasant setting and the beautiful view of the mountains. The products of the region are fresh and the flavours are refined. The cellar, varied and sharp. The "Inspiration du Marché" menu changes according to the days and products of the season. "Fantaisie Chablaisienne" revisits classic gourmet dishes with a modern twist, while the dishes on offer offer offer a tasty, creative and harmonious stroll with spicy accents: half a lobster in raviole with cream and ginger; a wild sea bass and potato gnocchi and stuffed onion; a sweet chestnut and clementine cream. The food and wine pairing makes it possible to taste the wines of a demanding cellar at a reasonable price. It's one of the best tables in Morzine!
