In the bakery of Sébastien and his team, the bread is artisanal. You will find his specialities of bread from the Vallon region and the integral baguette, with a reduced salt content and a richer contribution of fibres, minerals and vitamins, made with wheat flour from the region. You will also find desserts, mignardises, pieces made to order... He has a flour mill that turns every two or three days, crushing fifteen kilos of whole wheat with two millstones, allowing him to better select his types of flour.
