Les saveurs, le goût sont à l'honneur dans ce restaurant auberge, de ce petit village que nous avons découvert. Tout est parfait, des mets de qualité à leur transformation. De la présentation à la créativité. Et si le décor est sujet à discussion, nous, nous l'avons trouvé dans l'esprit de la cuisine authentique d'autrefois.
