At Kabuki, cuisine is both art and spectacle. For over 20 years, Japanese chef Dara Inn has been taking us to the rising sun for an authentic performance of Teppan Yaki. Seated around the same table, conviviality is the order of the day, and everyone can watch the gourmet spectacle of the hot plates. Fillets of beef, scallops, shrimps, fish, lobster or flambéed bananas and a variety of vegetables are grilled in a twirling choreography. Healthy, tasty cuisine to share and marvel at.
