On the menu, quality meats cooked on the spit: Franche-Comté rack of pork, suckling pig, free-range chicken casserole with corn, whole or braised sea bream, house burger, ribs of pork, parmentier de cochon confit, Simmental entrecôte, filet de boeuf de Savoie, rib of beef?
