Le Bouillon Cantine is a renowned restaurant in Annecy, offering a warm welcome in a friendly atmosphere. Whether you choose to sit in the main dining room or on the charming terrace, you'll enjoy a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Our cuisine is traditional and tasty, and excellent value for money. The chef meticulously selects fresh, seasonal produce to concoct dishes rich in flavor. You could start with a plate of Rosette, mackerel rillettes or a Piedmont salad. For the main course, let yourself be seduced by lamb shoulder confit accompanied by flageolets, hunter-style chicken supreme, or a choice of meat offered by the butcher. End your meal on a sweet note with a homemade vanilla and red fruit vacherin, a chocolate moelleux, or a lemon pound cake with custard. An ideal place to enjoy great moments with family, friends or colleagues. Not to be missed!
