In truth, L'Authentic is the gourmet address that will satisfy all your expectations in the beating heart of old Annecy. Pure happiness. A warm welcome from a cheerful team led by the adorable Laurent and Élodie. The décor is superb in this large, open-plan room that rises to a veranda with a breathtaking view of the canal. Not only is it beautiful, but it's also very good, with home-cooking blending dishes of today and yesteryear from fresh, top-quality produce. Proprietary wines and craft beers. Simply excellent.

Pas de la grande cuisine gastronomique, juste du traditionnel fait maison, avec des produits frais, des locaux, ce qui donne du bon goût en bouche. Accueil et service très professionnel, bonne adresse futée, avec un très bon rapport qualité prix.

La carte n'est pas très grande, mais la qualité des mets, (producteurs locaux), se ressent tout de suite. La salle est très fonctionnelle, contemporaine, et le personnel très accueillant. Vue imprenable sur le canal d'annecy.
