In truth, L'Authentic is the gourmet address that will satisfy all your expectations in the beating heart of old Annecy. Pure happiness. A warm welcome from a cheerful team led by the adorable Laurent and Élodie. The décor is superb in this large, open-plan room that rises to a veranda with a breathtaking view of the canal. Not only is it beautiful, but it's also very good, with home-cooking blending dishes of today and yesteryear from fresh, top-quality produce. Proprietary wines and craft beers. Simply excellent.

Un vrai bonheur ! Service dynamique et bien veillant, le sourire, cela fait du bien. On sent qu'ils aiment leur métier. Les plats sont copieux, fait maison, avec des producteurs de savoie, c'est que du bonheur. Et la note fait qu'on va revenir avec des amis ! Bonne découverte dans le guide.

Ricard sans glaçon, escargot sans pain, 1 heure 15 d'attente sans un mot d'excuses ,cuisses de grenouilles avec frites mais oubli de la salade, la serveuse demande si je la veut quand même par contre sur la facture aucun oubli .On nous met le rosé dans le verre donc il a le temps de se réchauffer.Resto a fuir pas professionnels.

Au dessus du canal, depuis la mezzanine, un cadre romantique, et une cuisine délicieuse, pour un budget correct.
Personnel accueillant, et service souriant, c'est un bel atout aussi !
