The restaurant's chef takes you on a Japanese culinary voyage with tasty and surprising tasting menus.
If Saba doesn't have an address, it's because Saba is moving forward. Saba, its chef Clément Torres and his entire team never stop progressing, offering a no-holds-barred vision of gastronomy. While we don't know at the time of writing where Saba will be, we do know that Clément Torres will surprise us with a place in his image, relaxed and warm, blending Asian inspirations - saba means mackerel in Japanese - and local produce. Maturation, fermentation, distinctive tastes, Saba offers a unique culinary experience accessible to all.
