Back to their roots on a peaceful square on the banks of the Thiou, a magnificent terrace sheltered from the hustle and bustle, in a superb setting to express all their talents in the company of a passionate team. Using local seasonal produce, John creates a cuisine rich in flavor. Eva creates food and wine pairings, mostly with organic or sustainable Savoy wines. Top value for money.
