John, originally from Annecy, and Eva, originally from Corsica, met in Haute-Savoie before traveling to work in some of the world's finest Michelin-starred establishments. Back to their roots on a peaceful square on the banks of the Thiou, a magnificent terrace sheltered from the hustle and bustle, in a superb setting to express all their talents in the company of a passionate team. Using local seasonal produce, John creates a cuisine rich in flavor. Eva creates food and wine pairings, mostly with organic or sustainable Savoy wines. Top value for money.

Les entrées et les plats étaient à mon goût sans réelles saveurs qui sortent de l’ordinaire et assez peu copieuses.
Le dessert quand à lui rattrape l’ensemble du repas.
Pour moi il y a beaucoup mieux à Annecy.
