Beaucoup de problèmes dans la chambre dès notre arrivée (store cassé, lumière principale qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de savon, pas d'équipement), juste un lit pour dormir
Manque de professionnalisme de la réception sur nos demandes
Le rapport qualité/prix est loin d'être atteint, nous qui venons à Annecy plusieurs fois dans l'année nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet établissement
On top of that, the shower was very obviously not cleaned. All of that for 110 Euros per night, NO breakfast included. Message to the hotel management: turn that groundfloor room into a utility room and stop ripping off customers!
