To celebrate its 10 years of existence, the photographic festival Portrait(s) settles in the Palais des Congrés, in the heart of the thermal park, for the indoor exhibitions. On their side, the outdoor exhibitions take place on the square in front of the station, on the place Saint-Louis and on the esplanade of the lake of Allier. Thirteen exhibitions make up the photographic journey, with names such as Omar Victor Diop, Meryl Meisler, Kourtney Roy and The Anonymous Project. Note also that this year, the photographic residency is entrusted to the French director Christophe Acker, who has worked on a danced tour of the city with students from dance schools in Vichy.
