Traditional cuisine with a twist and a few Alsatian touches, served with a smile. Excellent value for money.

A charming address just a stone's throw from the town center, in a pleasant setting close to the parks along the Allier. Every day, the chef prepares a delightful bistronomic cuisine, combining land and sea with revisited Alsatian dishes. The menu changes with the seasons. Pumpkin tart, salmon terrine..., sea bream fillet, salted turnips and sauerkraut confit, duck sauté au gratin dauphinois, glazed carrots... Lemon curd, chocolate fondant... Alsatian fondue evening. Original flambé tarts to eat in or take away. Smiling, attentive service.

Menu à 27 euros.escargots à la crème très bien, ...ou cassolette oeuf poché champignons truffes et choucroute ou Fleischnacke viande de pot au feu reconstitué en forme d'escargots avec des pâtes autour servi avec le bouillon; meringue et crème de marron ou crème catalane aux pistaches. Le tout excellent. Ajoutez une belle salle où on ne mange pas les uns sur les autres et un accueil souriant.
A refaire très vite .Le menu change chaque saison.

Menu du 68 ( 27€ )crémeux de champignons excellent, choucroute 4 viandes choux moyen dommage, sorbet arrosé .
