In the room bathed in light, with refined decoration, white tablecloths, beautiful dishes of this charming hotel, you will enjoy a traditional cuisine revisited and balanced with seasonal products. Spring and autumn menus. Cabbage stuffed with foie gras, Arctic char, kidneys, sweetbreads, cod fillet, Bourbonnais lamb, eggplant caviar, cheeses, original desserts. Nice wine list. Once a month tasting evening in partnership with La Cave de Marie. Bistronomic table recommended by Tables et Auberges de France 2022.
