The chef and his team prepare daily traditional dishes à la carte, with local products. Moules marinières, presa de cochon, butcher's cuts... Nice desserts. Out of season, aligot, truffade... Vegetarian dishes. Wine list rich in AOC of all the regions and IGP bio.
