Charming Napoleon III-style room. Smiling welcome and service. Semi-gastronomic, bistronomic and creative cuisine. Slate of the day to choose from. Lemon-vanilla marinated shrimps, Puy lentils with mango, coriander pesto and rye crisp. Aiguillettes de canard de Vendée au poivre fumé Tellicherry, Chinese noodles with turnips, Vernusse oyster mushrooms, Monbazillac reduction and acidulated soy. Passion-glazed chocolate sphere, pine nut nougatine, Valrhona hot chocolate. 900-strong wine list.

Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée aux Caudalies. Le service est très professionnel, avec de bonnes explications de la carte.
Les plats sont aussi beaux qu’ils sont bons et bien souvent très originaux (la moutarde dans la meringue, délicieux)

Nous avons été un peu déçu du vin, qui aurait mérité d’être davantage carafé, mais notre expérience du restaurant demeure très positive, nous reviendrons !
