Chic, casual restaurant offering gourmet à la carte dishes.

Located in old Vichy opposite Saint-Blaise church. Attractive contemporary dining room combining chic and casual. Atypical gastronomic dishes on the menu, featuring beef, salmon, poultry and pork. Discover theartist's palette, a salmon pavé painted with carrot cream, accompanied by a violet purée and a watercolor of fresh vegetables. A gourmet dessert smoked in beech wood under a cloche, chestnut moelleux, with porcini sorbet and hazelnut cocoa tuile. Everything is exceptional, beautifully presented. Harmonious wine list.
