Restaurant serving creative dishes made in a glass kitchen in Vichy.
Jacques Decoret is the only Meilleur Ouvrier de France in Auvergne. He composes a creative cuisine, with sharp associations of flavors. Under the glass roof, the restaurant room overlooks the Sources park, but also the glass kitchen. The chef works with fresh quality products, giving preference to local producers. The wine cellar includes some 650 references from national and international wine producers. The special feature: a menu of about fifteen Auvergne mineral waters, still or sparkling. The Maison Decoret is also a Relais & Châteaux label chalet, where five rooms have been fitted out with this little touch paying homage to Napoleon III and the Empress Eugénie.
