The N3 is the gourmet restaurant of the Vichy Spa hotel les Célestins, located at the top of the building, you will discover a room with about sixty seats in a refined setting. At lunchtime during the week, discover the break, including a dish from the wellness menu or the gourmet menu with a gourmet tea or coffee. Enjoy the foie gras terrine around the apple, or the Auvergne farmhouse poultry salad, with its parsnip mousseline and small spelt, then the veal grenadin with green pepper sauce, with its granulated potatoes, and small vegetables, or the cod fillet with its garlic cream, and a bunch of spinach, finish with the mango-pineapple cube and its flaky praliné.
