Sébastien works only with local quality products, Charolais meat, farmhouse pork from Auvergne and Label Rouge lamb from Bourbonnais, fish according to the arrivals. You can enjoy his fabulous pig's head pie, cheek and hare. He regularly changes his menu with two formulas to choose from, starters and main courses that are always surprising and tasty and desserts to die for. Add to that a pretty presentation of the plates and a service to the height.
