Philippe elaborates a nice bistronomic cuisine made with the beautiful products of the market. It is really a delight for the taste buds whether it is a la carte or with the suggestion of the day. Everything is original and beautifully presented. Roasted scallops with fleur de sel, foie gras mi-cuit au torchon, beef onglet, sweetbread croustade... Same delicacy for the desserts, chocolate praline delight, black forest revisited, Swiss chestnut with rum. Wine served by the glass.
