On the first floor, there are meeting and reception rooms, a reception room, two fully equipped kitchens with access to the catering service. The second floor includes four bedrooms, the second six bedrooms, some overlooking the parks. In the basement there are billiard and cinema rooms, a fitness room, a steam room and a sauna. The pavilion includes bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room. Parking for 4 cars, 2 terminals (Tesla and universal). Enclosed garden, swimming pool.
