Un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel bien situé et bien tenu :
- L'hôtel est très bien situé dans Vichy, et permet de profiter de toutes les activités à proximité à pieds
- La chambre est propre et la literie est confortable
- Le petit-déjeuner propose un choix suffisant de produits salés et sucrés
- Le personnel est attentionné et à l'écoute des demandes des clients.

Dans un ensemble ancien la direction a réussi une belle modernisation. Chambre au 4ème étage avec 2 balcons. Petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. Dommage que le restaurant ait été supprimé. Et le stationnement est toujours difficile.
