The Back Step includes a 124-seat auditorium with tiered seating, where shows are given from Thursday to Sunday, and a dance hall where weekday classes (theater, dance, singing...) and dance evenings are organized. Above all, it's a place for learning, creating and presenting, where professional artists, as well as local companies, perform in all genres: comedy, one-man shows, impersonations, French rock, theatrical improvisations, talent evenings... Back Step hosts artists in residence, and has developed a "young audience" program during school vacations. The first floor features a bar-expo-resto where you can enjoy a drink or a meal before or after the shows, while contemplating painting or photography exhibitions. It's Vichy's hip, laugh-out-loud café-théâtre!
