Church consecrated by Monseigneur de Dreux-Brézé to admire bays with full arch and a gothic rose window of transition.
Like many monuments in Vichy, it was Napoleon III who created this church, consecrated by Monseigneur de Dreux-Brézé on July 2, 1865. On the outside, one can admire the semi-circular bays, as well as a beautiful rose window in the transitional Gothic style. Inside, the majestic organ of Bernard Aubertin is the center of attention. Inaugurated on January 5 and 6, 1991, it is placed in a balustrade, with aligned and superimposed sound planes. Built in noble materials, oak for the cases and the windchests, pewter, cloth and spruce for the pipes, boxwood and ebony for the keyboards, it presents some sculptures: salmon of the Allier, Napoleonic eagles, and various plant motifs. One can also observe stained glass windows that are original, to say the least, since they represent a Saint Napoleon in the guise of Napoleon I.
