City Hall with stained glass windows by master glass artist Francis Chigot and numerous paintings
The town hall located in the thermal district having become too small, the works of the new town hall of Vichy conceived by the architect Antoine Chanet began in 1913. They were stopped because of the war to resume in 1921, under the impetus of the mayor of the time, Louis Lasteyras. The town hall, in the style of the "Mairie de Paris" was finally inaugurated in 1928. It houses stained glass windows by the master glass artist Francis Chigot (1879-1960) and many paintings. The building is classified as a historical monument.
