Duck breast from the Limagne plain, creamy bean-cranberry and garden savory. Breton lobster, yellowtail caught off the coast of Grau, Bourbonnais rack of lamb. Cucumber mirepoix, zucchini threads, diced caramelized pears, cucumber sorbet and their famous and unique papalo. Everything comes from the garden. Desserts, too, have that little plant-based touch. L'ombre chevalier était esquis aucune excuse même pas vu le ciel
Ni demandé si la nouvelle assiette avait plu qq petits morceaux de panais mis dans l'assiette comme à la maison.
Vraiment indigne d'un tel restaurant
Une vraie honte pour l'établissement.
Le foie gras très fade, l’omble chevalier manque de parfum et le dessert très minimaliste.
