In a bistro-style room, with spaced tables for more tranquility, taste their Lyon specialities (pike quenelle, sapper's apron, pistachio sausage, meurette eggs...). Everything here is homemade. In generous plates, you will also enjoy a delicious meal with game terrine with hazelnuts, or a mixed salad, peasant, Auvergne, Nordic...or the plate of country ham, then the chicken stew in the forest with its roasted organic lentils apples, the blanquette of poultry in the old rice pilaf, the braised ham in honey and mustard sauce in the old-fashioned way with its gratin de pennes and its rustic pan-fried, then the chocolate pear verrine and praline mousse or the floating island with caramel.
