BOULANGERIE-PÂTISSERIE JÉRÔME THOMAS
Sandrine and Jérôme Thomas offer you every day a wide range of pastries, as well as many varieties of special breads: hallygrain, lumberjack, cereals, sourdough, love... but above all the flagship product: the essential Pain de Meule® from the Jouannet de Vichy house. The couple is the ninth baker affiliated with Pain de Meule®. This bread with its unique taste is kneaded for a long time, which means that Jérôme starts working at midnight. He masters pastry as well, from the classics, paris-brest, millefeuille, through his chocolate speciality: cotillion or fruit pies and his creations to discover for each year's celebration (Christmas, Easter...). You will also find sandwiches and a lunch formula with quiches, pizzas, potato pies, meat pies, gratton pumps.... For special occasions, order your assembled parts, fresh ovens and entremets on two floors. This friendly couple with a perfect understanding won the Talent d'or de l'Artisanat awarded by the Chambre des métiers et d'artisanat de l'Allier.
