Grande habituée du service citiz que j'apprécie. Réactivité et efficacité en cas de besoin ; toujours un véhicule propre et en bon état ; pas de complication annexe à devoir budgéter les réparations, l'assurance, l'essence, les pneus neige, le liquide lave-vitres etc... puisque tout est géré par citiz. Bref, hyper pratique. J'ai testé il y a 8 ans, pour voir... et après un petit temps d'adaptation pour trouver mes marques et ma bonne façon d'utiliser ou d'anticiper, il ne me viendrait plus à l'idée de faire autrement.

The idea excellent, that is several months that I rather worn... But in reality, problems follow one another! Broken down essence car because the previous rather worn does not have complies with the basic rules, cars absent from their location then qu.on has them reservees on the site.

Bonne réactivité de la plateforme en cas de 'problèmes'.
Très bon accueil et écoute au bureau Citiz cours Berriat à Grenoble.
Parfois un peu de délai d'attente lors de contacts téléphoniques (le dimanche par ex.).
Citadins grenoblois, nous avons fait le choix de ne plus avoir de voiture depuis plus de 10 ans et adapté notre fonctionnement et nos modes de déplacements.
Citiz nous permet de vivre cette situation sereinement.
