A restaurant where everything makes sense. A marvellous combination of talents with Mathieu Mélo, an atypical chef who overcame a disabling stroke thanks to his passion for cooking and photography, and his partner Laetitia, an orchestra conductor who brings the dining room and kitchen into harmony. The result is a range of superb dishes, using seasonal produce and the chef's creativity to create a refined gastronomic experience. An eco-responsible address that grows its own flowers in its Sassenage garden, using natural fertilizer produced in-house. A unique gourmet experience.

La prise de commande et le service sont rapides, les mets savoureux.,en particulier le magret de canard. Nous avons testé 3 desserts, assez classiques, mais parfaits..
Pas d'incitation à la consommation d'alcool. Le Croze Hermitage, un peu cher, est remarquable.
