Truffade du Cézallier, pounti, pavé de salers, sweetbreads, tournedos aux morilles.... accompanied by a wine from Auvergne, for example... The owner's homemade pies are recommended for dessert. Nous avons donc pris le menu à 25 € qui nous a semblé cher pour un buron mais les plats étaient très bons et bien préparés, nous avons apprécié ce déjeuner avec de bons produits locaux.
