The Auberge de la Sumène proudly displays the AB logo. Since the spring of 2020, it has been certified organic. 68% of the food is already certified, from producers in the region. But above all, Chef Basile is not stopping there. He relies on quality and homemade products for a cuisine prepared with talent. Originally from the southwest, he prepares duck to perfection. The meat and dairy products are supplied by his sister, a farmer. The adjoining grocery store provides the same organic products. We love it!
