La Table des matières is a must in Aurillac! The cuisine is creative and very refined. Sophie, the cook, regularly changes the menu according to the seasons and offers the products of the moment. For her purchases, she favours local producers. Florian proposes a beautiful wine list, chosen from environmentally friendly wine growers. The welcome is really very nice in a pretty decor where you feel good.
The restaurant also has a nice delicatessen. A must try, really.

Merveilleux restaurant ! Ici pas de truffade ni aligot. Un autre cadre culinaire et une explosion de saveurs : du cru, du cuit, du salé, du sucré, des épices, des émulsions parfois dans un même plat. L'ensemble est exceptionnel. Comptez 40 euros environ par personne. Réservation obligatoire !

Nous y allons dès que nous sommes près d'Aurillac. Jolie cuisine inventive et abordable, produits frais, carte des vins à l'image du restaurant : inventive. Allez y les yeux fermés.
