An address offering creative cuisine and a beautiful wine list.

La Table des matières is a must in Aurillac! The cuisine is creative and very refined. Sophie, the cook, regularly changes the menu according to the seasons and offers the products of the moment. For her purchases, she favours local producers. Florian proposes a beautiful wine list, chosen from environmentally friendly wine growers. The welcome is really very nice in a pretty decor where you feel good.

The restaurant also has a nice delicatessen. A must try, really.

Très bon menu "retour de marché", original et savoureux avec un bon rapport qualité-prix. Bonne carte des vins. Service efficace.

Cuisine maison mais trop simple pour un restaurant. Lieu exigü, service efficace mais pas chaleureux. Manque de saveurs et d'une petite touche d'originalité. Prix un peu élevé par rapport à la prestation.

Je suis tombé amoureux de la cuisine française là-bas.... C'était magnifique !!! Tous les plats étaient très délicieux et inhabituels par goût! ! ! Le personnel était très sympathique et a aidé à choisir, car le menu était en français.
