When you know the complexity of the placement of cheeses from Cantal and Salers, focused on a country to multiple landscapes and climates, just a word for local produce: CHEER. Congratulations to m. and Mme Bonal bravo, with their daughter and congratulations to their team perpetuates unsurpassed refining.
