With my opinion the only cheesemonger worthy of the name on Aurillac. A warm welcome, cheese specialities of all always in top France and advice from the cheesemonger in bonus. Watch folding its cheeses with love and you will have all inclusive! moreover it cooks wonderful cheeseboards, on request, as you never saw some: it is an artist
