Le sens du relationnel de ce chef cuistot est absolument déplorable. Comment tenir un resto avec un tel professionnalisme ? Une honte d’appeler les forces de l’ordre au bout 3 de minutes de communication pour un souci de réservation d’une Wonder boxe, dont les employés même en sont responsables.
Nous-mêmes avons eu honte que le chef impose à la Gendarmerie de se déplacer pour un souci de communication !
Pas étonnant que ce monsieur doive fermer les portes de son restaurant.
Neuf personnes dans le restaurant samedi soir, ça en dit long…
Comme nous vous l’avons répété, c’est minable Mr Louis Matzenberg !

Magnifique terrasse en extérieur avec vue directe sur le pré juste à côté et ses biquettes, service courtois, mets excellents excepté le foie gras un peu décevant, prix corrects. Dommage, il n'y avait pas de vin au verre. Nous avons dû prendre une bouteille de 75 cl, que nous avons pas finie...

I eat rather regularly in Martzenberg and invited on several occasions friends in rather large number. We always been very well received. Friendly service and diligent. As for the content of the dishes, you have the possibility to go elsewhere eat less good while paying expensive...
Originality and creativity are part with daring weddings, surprising but always very good taste.
