The Buron de la Combe de la Saure is an enchantment! It leads the visitor into the authenticity of Cantalian pastoral life up to the 1950s. First you have to take a path to reach it in the direction of the superb cirque of Grandval. Un acceuil chaleureux, Une cuisine simple du terroir, un menu unique local (avec le choix de 3 entrées toutefois) fait avec des produits de qualité ,le lieux est hors du temps, le paysage juste magnifique..n'hésitez pas (attention chemin de 3kms très caillouteux)
