PISCICULTURE DE L'AUZE

Pisciculture de l'Auze is a small farm located in Saint Projet de Cassaniouze, on the border between Aveyron and Cantal. Created by Laurent and Marjorie Lafon, this fish farm specializes in raising trout with respect for animal welfare and the environment. The trout are fed with organic feed and raised in running water, guaranteeing exceptional taste quality. During the summer months, Pisciculture de l'Auze offers activities for young and old alike. What's more, you can find their products at various markets in the Cantal all year round, as well as in several producers' stores. They also deliver to the Aveyron and Tarn regions.
